Where are you from?
I grew up in Minnesota and Japan, then somehow made my way to Fargo.
Tell us a little bit about you.
I’m pretty chill, I like getting out hiking, climbing, riding motorcycles, but also love just sitting at home watching a good movie or documentary.
If there was a movie about your life, who would play you and why?
I’m pretty average, I think just about any actor could play a role as me pretty well, except Mark Ruffalo. Can’t stand that guy.
What’s a ridiculous fact about yourself?
Once broke my collar bone checking someone in hockey and continued to play most of the game, until I finally realized I couldn’t move my arm.
Tell us about your experience.
Bought my first camera in high school and only started picking more up. Freelanced on sets a ton in Fargo and Minneapolis, learning as much as I could from those willing to share their knowledge.
What part of your job do you believe makes the most impact?
I think being able to help tell other people’s stories in a meaningful way is what will make the most impact over time.
