Where are you from?

Minnetonka Minnesota

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I’m a recent graduate from NDSU and a huge sports fan. I love staying active, whether that’s playing sports, working out, or just being on the go. I’m very outgoing and genuinely enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and having real conversations. Being around others and staying involved is what energizes me.

If there were a movie about your life, who would play you and why?

Bradley Cooper, because he brings intensity, confidence, and authenticity to his roles while still staying relatable, which feels like a good reflection of how I approach both work and life.

What is your favorite thing to do in your spare time?

Anything active, from lifting and pickleball to trying new sports. I also enjoy social events where I can connect with people, have good conversations, and meet new faces.

What part of your position provides the most value?

Building genuine relationships with businesses, understanding their goals, and helping connect them with the right audience in a way that actually drives results.

My experience with Spotlight has been a 10/10. I’m surrounded by a great team that’s supportive, motivated, and truly invested in the community, which makes coming to work every day rewarding.

What part of your job do you believe makes the most impact?

Building strong, long-term partnerships with local businesses by creating sustainable, friendly relationships rooted in trust and shared growth within the community.

Why does our community matter to you?

Community means everything to me. These are my people, almost like family, and it’s special being part of something where everyone supports each other and grows together.

What are some of your goals at Spotlight?

My goal is to be the best: by continually improving, adding value to our partners, and contributing to Spotlight’s growth and impact in the community.
